Public Access Codes

Create an access code with the "PUBLIC" prefix. Downloads cannot be deleted and files will be auto-deleted when aged.

Example: generate access code JWF6FHLV8B then use PUBLICJWF6FHLV8B to login and upload files

To prevent users replacing uploaded files, upload uploadslocked.txt when done and this will lock the files
